The trial enquiry form asks for the parent or guardian's name, email address and mobile number; the child's age; programme and pathway interests; preferred contact method; and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the most suitable training group, arrange a trial and communicate the next steps you have asked about. We do not use the form to make solely automated decisions about a child.

Children's information

The form is intended for a parent or guardian. Please do not submit detailed medical records or other sensitive information through the website. If a health matter is relevant to safe participation, contact the academy directly so the appropriate conversation can take place.

Who may process the information

Information may be handled by authorised PROVN Academy team members and the service providers used to host the website and deliver messages. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the academy relationship and meet applicable obligations. We use practical safeguards intended to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Your choices
